The open flame rotomolding machine equipped with a dual-axis rocking & rotating mechanism, the machine drives the mold to simultaneously perform reciprocating rocking motion combining both revolution and rotation. Abandoning the traditional enclosed oven design, it uses open flame nozzles fueled by LPG natural gas to directly heat the outer surface of the rotating mold. Driven by gravity and centrifugal force, plastic powders such as PE and cross-linked polyethylene evenly melt and adhere to the inner wall of the mold; after air cooling or water cooling, hollow plastic products are formed in one piece.
2.Suitable for producing large, simple -shaped hollow products;
1.Low equipment cost, small footprint;
3.Easy to operate, and ideal choice for beginners in rotomolding.
